How to Register Your Solar Geyser

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Getting your warranty registered is simple. Follow these steps:

Prepare the following:

  1. A computer with internet access and an active email you have access to.
  2. System installation invoice that shows the following information:
    1. Type of system installed
    2. Additional accessories installed
    3. Installation date
    4. Installer details
    5. Serial number of your system

Go onto the warranty registration page via either of the following:

  1. Scanning the QR code below
  2. Manually enter the URL:
    www.warranties.apollotechnology.co.za/2023/

Agree and accept:

Check the “I agree & accept to share my details.” checkbox and click “Start”

Fill out your customer details accordingly:

If you are the installer registering on behalf of the customer, please note to put the end user’s details.

Then click “Save Details & Next Step”

Check your email:

An email will be sent to the previously entered email address for verification along with a Reference ID.

It is mandatory to click on the link in order to continue the registration process.

Copy and paste the reference ID to retrieve your warranty application.

Installed system details:

Fill out the installed system details as per the system information which appears on the tax invoice or job card.

Upload photos:

Upload clear original installation photos (at least one from each side of the system).

There will be descriptions to guide what is required of each photo.

Submit photos:

Once images are submitted, your registration will be in queue to be approved by one of our team members.

On approval, claim your voucher:

Should your warranty be approved, GET READY TO CLAIM YOUR VOUCHER!

If your warranty is rejected, you may re-submit with the suggested amendments.
