Boerie rolls and solar talk: Apollo hosts a Plumber’s Morning at Plumblink – Proudly Bidvest Klerksdorp

Plumbers, installers and industry professionals came through between 7:00 and 11:30 to see the Apollo Solar Technology‘s solar water heating range up close.

The morning ran on free boerie rolls, practical product talk and honest conversation about what works on site.

Plumbers started arriving before 7:00 on Friday at Plumblink on Jolene Avenue in Klerksdorp, where the Apollo Solar Technology team had set up for a morning of solar water heating talk, product walkthroughs and a boerie roll on the house.

The event brought together plumbers, installers and industry professionals from around the Klerksdorp area. Some came for the products, some came for the coffee and the braai, and most stayed for the conversation.

Apollo brought its solar water heating systems along so visitors could see the units in person rather than on a spec sheet. The team walked through how the systems perform in different installation conditions, what to look out for during commissioning and how to match the right system to a customer’s hot water demand.

Questions came thick and fast. Installers wanted to know about pressure ratings, mounting options and backup element behaviour on cloudy days. Others asked about warranty terms and what support looks like once a system is on a roof.
